Think about the recipient’s wants and aspirations.

People often tell us that they "take" tantric massage for a specific reason. Men want a happy ending, and women often want to be "cured." Well, if, of course, there are desires and wishes. However, keep in mind that this could potentially go in a completely different direction. It is not as easy as getting a quick Yoni (vaginal) massage and using Tantric massage as a quick healing method.

Recognize that things can go in different directions.

Of course, behind every tantric massage, there is a desire, a goal, and this is great. It is important that everyone understands the goals and limitations. However, sometimes this is different from what you would expect. To formulate your desires and then release them completely. Give up and accept whatever comes your way.

Massage is always energizing.

Activate it and let it flow freely again.

Tantra massage is primarily associated with the activation and release of the flow of life force (prana). Tantra massage is an energetic massage that also affects sexual energy. Tantric massage involves the whole body and erogenous zones can be massaged. Of course, all this is done by preserving (mutual) boundaries. When it comes to generating life energy, sexual energy is critical. We are experimenting with activating basic/sexual/ emotional / passionate / loving / creative / intuitive energy in tantric massage.

Start with the heart.

Nothing is required, however, we recommend starting a real heart (chakra) massage right after the initial setup. Opening your heart and activating your heart energy is great. The heart chakra is often (also) blocked in men, especially in men. It can be a great experience if you open it yourself. It's also a great start for women. Self-love and awareness are very important!

It takes a lot of awareness and love (security) while the energy (sexual/emotional) is activated and nourished. As a newborn, child, adolescent, or adult, we are faced with numerous circumstances that severely limit our vital energy. As a result, our energy system is divided (gender and heart). When we are unable to fight or run due to a strong blow, a lot of energy (frozen) builds up in our bodies.

Massage triggers

During the massage, touching and releasing both frozen energy (minor / severe emotional trauma) and physical stress (armor) often leads to different reactions. Most people have sexual taboos, trauma, and conditioning, and there are often a number of sexual triggers. Tantra massage is not a treatment and both the provider and the recipient should be aware of this. Don't waste too much energy and then relax too quickly. A positive result is provided by awareness (excellent observation) and loving attunement.
